Hello all! As I've mentioned in the earlier post, Jonathan's mother is a great cook. She makes everything homemade; she makes it delicious AND beautiful. Can you guess what it is in the picture above? It's her very own creation, honey walnut sweet potato! Doesn't it look so much more yummy naked and drizzled with honey? Sweet potatoes are one of my favorite foods and this is such a great idea for dessert. Let your eyes feast!!
Today is also her birthday. Happy birthday! :)
